The Role

As aQA Engineer at, you will play a key role in ensuring thequality,reliability, andperformance of our mobile applications. You’ll focus on building robust automated tests andstrengthening API testing processes while still performing hands-on functional validation when needed.

Working closely with developers, product managers, and designers, you’ll help identify issues early, expand test coverage, and implement scalable testing strategies that guarantee a smooth and stable user experience.

Your role will be essential indetecting bugs, verifying feature implementations, automating tests, and validating software stability before deployment.

• This is afully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.We are open to support with relocation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Performmanual testing on web and mobile applications to ensure a seamless user experience.

• PerformAPI tests andautomation usingPostman.

• Creating and maintainingPostman documentation.

• Create and executeautomated regression, functional, performance, and API tests.

• Develop and executedetailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Document and report bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues.

• Ensurefeature compliance by validating product requirements against test results.

• Identifyedge cases, inconsistencies, and performance issues.

• Work withcross-functional teams to improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Provideclear and structured feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience.

• Maintain test documentation and contribute toquality assurance best practices.

Requirements

• Around3+ years of experience inmanual and functional testing.

• Strong understanding ofQA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.

• Experience withtest case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Xray).

• Proficiency intest automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).

• Strong experience inprogramming languages such asPython, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

• Familiarity withbug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, Bugzilla).

• Experience in testing weband mobile applications (iOS & Android).

• Strong attention to detail and ability toidentify complex usability issues.

• Experience withAPI testing (e.g., Postman).

• Ability to work in anagile development environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
