As the Regional Services Manager – Liquid Cooling, you will be responsible for leading and growing liquid cooling services across APAC. This role combines technical expertise, operational execution, and financial ownership to ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth. The role involves traveling in the region, between 30 to 50% of the time. The role holder will be ideally based either in Taiwan, Singapore or Malaysia.
Service Delivery & Operations:
• Lead and manage regional liquid cooling services operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service deliveryÂ
• Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of liquid cooling solutions in data center environmentsÂ
• Ensure services align with established service models, SLAs, and best practicesÂ
• Develop and optimize regional service processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and customer outcomesÂ
Financial & Business Management:
• Own and manage regional services P&L, including revenue, cost control, margins, and forecastingÂ
• Analyze financial performance using P&L statements and operational metrics to drive continuous improvementÂ
• Support pricing strategies, cost estimates, and service contract structuresÂ
• Develop and execute plans to grow services revenue and profitability within the regionÂ
Technical Leadership:Â
• Maintain a strong understanding of liquid cooling technologies and data center infrastructureÂ
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to support complex technical solutionsÂ
• Act as a technical escalation point for customers and internal stakeholdersÂ
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for key regional customersÂ
• Build strong customer relationships as a trusted advisorÂ
• Support sales teams with pre-sales efforts and services proposalsÂ
• Lead customer meetings, reviews, and executive discussions
Team Leadership & CollaborationÂ
• Mentor and develop regional service personnelÂ
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementÂ
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, supply chain, and financeÂ
YOU HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceÂ
• Data center experience, preferably with liquid cooling solutionsÂ
• Experience and knowledge of services models and P&L statementsÂ
• Ability to understand and communicate technical solutionsÂ
• Customer-facing experienceÂ
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft ExcelÂ
• Previous regional or multi-site service management experience is preferred
• Experience in mission-critical or infrastructure environmentsÂ
• Familiarity with service contracts and SLAsÂ
