KOL Specialist Intern - Education

Join our Lifestyle Unit and gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing while working closely with the Sparks Swim Marketing team.

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage KOL campaigns end-to-end, fromKOL listing, contacting, and negotiation to concepting, coordination, and content review, with an expected volume of approximately10–13 KOLs per month.
• Research and identify relevant KOLs and influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, while building and maintaining strong KOL relationships.
• Develop campaign concepts, creative briefs, and content ideas to ensure collaborations are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the content creation process with KOLs, including reviewing drafts and providing feedback to ensure the final content meets the agreed brief.
• Track KOL campaign performance, maintain KOL databases, and support campaign scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

Who We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate inMarketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social mediaand influencer trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
• Proficient inGoogle Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data tracking and basic reporting.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaign timelines.
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn about influencer marketing, social media, and brand strategy.
