About the role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant to play a key role in delivering and supporting Mercur Business Control for customers across a variety of industries. Working in a proactive, customer-focused environment, you will be involved in both new system implementations and ongoing customer support projects, helping organisations maximise the value of their BI and performance management solutions.
This is a varied role that combines business analysis, system configuration, technical problem-solving, and customer consulting. You will work to understand requirements and deliver solutions tailored to their specific needs.
What you will do
Lead and support the implementation of Mercur Business Control for new and existing customers
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Design, configure, and customise the system to meet customer needs
Develop and manage integrations between Mercur Business Control and other systems
Design and build reports, dashboards, and decision-support solutions
Deliver customer- and industry-specific system enhancements and configurations
Conduct system testing, deployment, and go-live activities
Provide user training and ongoing customer support
Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and successful project outcomes
What we’re looking for
Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical business solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
