We are seeking a highly skilledAI/ML Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven software solutions. The role focuses on building scalable systems usingAI/ML, LLMs, RAG, and automation frameworks to enhance internal workflows and improve user-facing services.

Key Responsibilities
1. System Design & Development
  • Design and build AI/ML-powered applications and systems
  • Develop solutions usingLLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and automation tools
  • Contribute to architecture, workflows, and system integration
  • Select appropriate techniques (LLM vs non-LLM) based on use cases
2. AI/ML Solutions Development
  • Build and enhance:
    • Internal & external chatbots
    • Document analysis, generation, and redaction systems
    • Transcription and translation solutions
    • Knowledge retrieval and deep research systems
    • Developmulti-agent AI systems and data pipelines
3. Testing & Optimization
  • Develop unit and integration tests for AI systems
  • Build evaluation pipelines using synthetic data
  • Optimize systems foraccuracy, latency, and cost efficiency
4. Deployment & Operations
  • Deploy applications inhybrid cloud environments
  • Work withDocker and containerized applications
  • Optimize performance in low-compute environments
5. Collaboration & Documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Document system architecture, workflows, and decisions
  • Stay updated with latest AI/ML advancement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Computer Science / Engineering / Data Science / Mathematics or related field
Preferred Experience
  • 3+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or Applied AI
  • 3+ years in software engineering / backend development
