Job Overview:
We're seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI techniques, and will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring our products to life.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement AI models, algorithms, and systems for a variety of applications.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into our products.
  • Build and optimize machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, testing, and deployment.
  • Research and stay up to date on the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Work with large datasets, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the modeling process.
  • Contribute to the development of AI strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Document AI solutions and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and AI tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with deep learning models, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics and ensuring fairness in AI systems.
  • Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) and distributed computing.
