Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model inference, and output delivery.

- Develop and operationalize AI pipelines for batch and real-time use cases.-time use cases
- Automate the workflows via orchestration and scheduling mechanisms.
- Implement testing, validation, and performance optimization for AI workflows.
- Collaborate with the OEM engineers to align solutions with enterprise standards.
- Define program goals, scope, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Monitor program performance, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through status reports and review meetings.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, project delivery, and change management.
- Foster collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and other departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or related field experience.
- Fluency in AWS based platforms is a plus
- 5+ years of proven experience in AI, preferably in the automotive sectors or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive success.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, CISSP or CSM is a plus.
