Senior Drilling Completion Supervisor

We are currently looking for aSenior Drilling & Completion Supervisor to support offshoredrilling operations inSuriname.

The Senior Drilling & Completion Supervisor will be responsible for supervising offshore drilling and completion operations, ensuring safe execution, operational continuity, contractor coordination, and compliance with company standards and well control requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review drilling and completion programs and ensure proper implementation on the rig
• Issue and follow rig standing instructions
• Ensure bridging documents and well control procedures are applied and respected
• Personally supervise delicate or high-risk operations
• Coordinate logistics in line with rig capabilities, vessel constraints, and upcoming operations
• Optimize rig equipment and processes in close cooperation with contractors and onshore teams
• Promote best practices to prevent major incidents, reduce Non-Productive Time, and improve operational performance
• Review daily reports and ensure equipment readiness in coordination with logistics teams
• Participate in lessons learned and continuous performance improvement activities
• Lead the offshore team organization, including personnel coordination, motivation, and development
• Mentor drilling supervision personnel onboard the rig
• Ensure company and contractor HSE standards are fully understood and respected
• Supervise incident, accident, and anomaly reporting
• Act as a key representative during emergency response situations

• Technician or Engineering background, Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational drilling environment
• Previous experience as Drilling & Completion Senior Supervisor or similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of offshore drilling operations
• Good experience in deepwater environments
• Strong understanding of drilling, completion, well control, HSE, and operational procedures
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and interfaces in an offshore environment
• Strong communication, reporting, and decision-making skills
• Fluent English required

• Location: Offshore Suriname
• Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
• Working schedule during rotation: 7 days per week, 12 hours per day
• Start date: October / November 2026
• Duration: 24 months
