A well-established, publicly traded tech company is looking for aTalent Acquisition Specialist to join it's growing HR team.

Location: Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train station)
Position: Full-time
Work model: Hybrid
Reporting to: VP HR

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across the company with full autonomy

• Recruit for both business and tech roles

• Partner closely with hiring managers, advising and supporting decision-making

• Drive creative sourcing strategies: social media, referral programs, and new recruiting channels

• Take part in building innovative initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) – a must

• Experience working with hiring managers - a plus

• Tech recruiting experience – a big advantage but not a must

• Experience in employee experience / welfare – a plus

• Strong English skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple processes

תחומי אחריות:

1. ניהול תהליכי גיוס למשרות שונות בחברה מקצה לקצה, עצמאות מלאה מול מחלקות הארגון

2. גיוס למשרות מטה ולמשרות טכנולוגיות

3. פעילות גבוהה ברשתות חברתיות, תפעול של חבר מביא חבר, תמריצים, עידוד גיוס פנימי, הרחבת ערוצי גיוס סטנדרטיים ואלטרנטיביים, הקמת קורסי הסבה לאקדמאיים.

4. עבודה צמודה מול מנהלות ומנהלים, ליווי וייעוץ בתהליכי קבלת החלטות.

דרישות:

- 1-3 שנות ניסיון כמגייס/ת - חובה! רלוונטי גם ליוצאי/ות חברות השמה.

- ניסיון בגיוס טכנולוגי - יתרון משמעותי אך לא חובה (הכשרה על חשבון החברה)

- ניסיון בעבודה עם מנהלות ומנהלים מגייסים

- ניסיון ברווחה - יתרון, לא חובה

- אנגלית ברמה טובה

- יכלת עבודה בסביבה דינמית ועמידה בלוחות זמנים 

- יחסי אנוש מעולים, חשיבה יצירתית, מוטיבציה גבוהה, אנרגיה חיובית
