A well-established, publicly traded tech company is looking for aTalent Acquisition Specialist to join it's growing HR team.

Location: Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train station)
Position: Full-time
Work model: Hybrid
Reporting to: VP HR

What youโ€™ll do:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes across the company with full autonomy

  • Recruit for both business and tech roles

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, advising and supporting decision-making

  • Drive creative sourcing strategies: social media, referral programs, and new recruiting channels

  • Take part in building innovative initiatives.

What weโ€™re looking for:

  • 1โ€“3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) โ€“ a must

  • Experience working with hiring managers - a plus

  • Tech recruiting experience โ€“ a big advantage but not a must

  • Experience in employee experience / welfare โ€“ a plus

  • Strong English skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple processes
