Location: Tel Aviv

Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (1 day from home)

A leading real estate group, with a diverse and innovative portfolio of digital products and properties, is looking for a results-drivenMarketing Automation Manager to join their team, as they continue to scale their digital presence.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing automation function, spearheading the implementation and maximization of our advanced new automation platform, with a heavy focus on customer retention, re-marketing, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys across the entire customer lifecycle for all the group’s digital products.

  • Drive the onboarding and advanced utilization of our new marketing automation platform (Braze) leveraging its full suite of capabilities (including in-app features, advanced triggers, and cross-channel orchestration beyond standard Email/SMS).

  • Develop high-impact strategies aimed at bringing customers back, increasing engagement, loyalty, and maximizing conversion and revenue metrics.

  • Execute data-driven, advanced audience segmentation and deep personalization strategies based on complex behavioral and transactional data.

  • Deeply analyze campaign performance, monitor key marketing KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights for continuous optimization.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Performance Marketing team, Product Managers, and Data/Tech teams to seamlessly move initiatives forward.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing -a must

  • Proven track record of hands-on experience building journeysIn-house -a must

  • Proven experience working withBraze -major advantage

  • Proven experience working with enterprise-grade systems (such as Salesforce) - required

  • Experience from e-Commerce companies -advantage

  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and a proven ability to derive insights from data.

  • A true "bulldozer" and proactive self-starter. Highly motivated, assertive, with strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to independently drive projects and interfaces forward.

  • Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) -a plus

  • Experience in large-scale B2C environments is -advantage.
