Job Description

  • Responsible for sellingAgilent products and solutions, includingCrossLab Services, topharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical end-user customers.
  • Acts as the primary interface between Agilent and customers, representing the company to customers and customers to the company in all sales-related activities.
  • Drives revenue growth by generatingnew and existing sales opportunities within assignednamed accounts and/or territory, primarily in theChungcheong (충청) Province.
  • Develops and executes account strategies forpharma, biopharma, API, and CDMO customers, aligned with Agilent’s business objectives.
  • Promotes and sells Agilent products, systems, software, and services; proactively informs customers ofnew product introductions and regulatory-related solutions.
  • Identifies customer needs related toQC, QA, R&D, and manufacturing environments, and positions appropriate Agilent solutions.
  • Creates, monitors, and continuously improveslead generation and opportunity pipeline plans.
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers at customer sites.
  • Ensures high customer satisfaction through professional sales engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Encourages customer utilization ofAgilent digital tools and online sales platforms, where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree inChemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Science, or a related scientific field.
  • Solid understanding ofpharma laboratory workflows, such as QC, analytical testing, method validation, or regulatory compliance (GMP environment).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a defined territory while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (mainly Chungcheong Province).

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
