Service Planner

Bring your energy to Aggreko as aService Plannerbased in ourLomondgate depot. As a Service Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of field service operations by coordinating and scheduling technician resources across multiple depots, supporting customer requirements, and helping Aggreko deliver exceptional service.
This role is for an initial 12 months

What you’ll do as a Service Planner:
Coordinate the daily scheduling and deployment of Field Technicians across three UK depots, ensuring efficient coverage of customer sites.
Allocate the right technical resources to emergency breakdowns, planned maintenance, installations, and decommissioning activities.
Manage technician onboarding requirements, including arranging site inductions and ensuring readiness for assignments.
Work closely with Service Managers, depots, and operational teams to deliver work safely, efficiently, and on time.
Provide outstanding customer service while supporting the wider business with planning, administrative, and organisational activities.
You are:
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, reactive environment where priorities can change quickly.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), with experience using business systems such as Salesforce highly desirable.
Self-motivated and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
