You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, control, and integrity of our Fixed Asset and Fleet registers across the Region, supporting financial reporting, audit, and business decision-making.

⚡ What you’ll do as Fixed Asset Accountant:

  • Manage and reviewFixed Asset registers, control accounts, and subledgers, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies

  • Leadmonthly close activities related to fixed assets, including reconciliations, accruals, capitalisation, and disposals in coordination with the Shared Service Centre (SSC)

  • Act as aregional point of contact for Fixed Asset accounting matters, working closely with Fleet, Finance and SSC teams

  • Review and approvebalance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and exception reports, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved

  • Supportaudit processes and reporting requirements, providing analysis and ensuring compliance with Group policies

✅ You are:

  • Experienced inFixed Asset accounting / immobilisations (typically 4+ years), ideally in a multinational or asset-heavy environment

  • Strong inbalance sheet reconciliations, controls and month-end close processes

  • Familiar withERP systems (M3, SAP, Oracle or similar) and comfortable working with large datasets in Excel

  • Used to working withShared Service Centres (SSC) and multiple stakeholders across regions

  • A proactive communicator with aproblem-solving mindset and ability to challenge and improve processes

  • Collaborer Ă©troitement avec lesĂ©quipes finance, opĂ©rations et SSC

  • Revoir et challenger les Ă©critures et les rĂ©conciliations

  • Contribuer auxclĂŽtures mensuelles, audits et reporting

  • Participer Ă  des projets d’amĂ©lioration continue des processus

  • Une expĂ©rience encomptabilitĂ© (immobilisations, gĂ©nĂ©ral)

  • Une exposition Ă  des environnementsmulti-entities / internationaux

  • Une appĂ©tence pour lesoutils, ERP et donnĂ©es

  • Une capacitĂ© Ă analyser, rĂ©soudre et amĂ©liorer les process

  • Un bon relationnel pour travailler avec des Ă©quipes multiculturelles

Langues

  • Anglais obligatoire (environnement de travail international)

  • L’espagnol ou l’italien sont unatout apprĂ©ciĂ©
