Procurement Operations Specialist - APAC

Bring your energy to Aggreko as aProcurement Operations Specialist based in Manila. You’ll provide support to regional Procurement and Operational teams to ensure purchasing activities are carried out in line with agreed Policies and Procedures, and support Procurement to onboard and manage supplier relationships for the APAC region.

What you’ll do as Procurement Operations Specialist:

  • Create and maintain Purchase Orders and ensure they are approved in line with Policy

  • Create and maintain Spend Plans as required

  • Review New Vendor requests to ensure completeness and seek appropriate internal approvals

  • Upload and maintain regional pricing catalogues in i2B and M3

  • Support the Virtual Credit Card process by validating requests and seeking endorsement in line with Procurement Strategy.

  • Support internal stakeholder queries on status updates for Vendor, PO Maintenance and Spend Plan requests

  • Support the Procurement Team to manage and administer Procurement administrative functions including Contract Database maintenance, SRM and Benefits Tracking

  • Support internal audit requirements as requested

You are/ have:

  • A minimum 5 years experience in a similar P2P role, with experience in Purchase Order creation and management, Data maintenance and Process support in a purchasing environment

  • Strong working knowledge of end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Requisition, Approval, PO maintenance and invoice support

  • Experience working in mid or large size organization where purchasing policies are strictly worked to ensuring compliance and governance

  • Business level of both verbal and written English, with other regional languages an advantage

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office 365

  • Have at least intermediate skills using an ERP system (prefer M3 or Infor) or others such as SAP or Oracle.

  • The ability to work with a wide range of internal stakeholders up to Managing Director, and the confidence to proactively chase information, challenge stakeholders and ask questions
