We are seeking a highly experiencedBackend Specialist with program-level expertise to lead the standardization and governance of backend systems for theApex platform. This is a critical role with influence across the entire program, defining architectural patterns, standardizing APIs, and managing GitHub repositories to ensure consistency and efficiency. You will act as the program’s backend “standardizer,” creating reusable solutions that streamline development and prevent duplicated work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce backend development standards at the program level.
  • Supervise API architecture to ensure consistency across all development teams.
  • Define best practices forGitHub repository management.
  • Create and implementreusable patterns and frameworks to streamline development.
  • Oversee creation of new endpoints and backend services, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Conductcode reviews andarchitectural assessments to maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with other technical specialists, such as DevOps Engineers, to ensure cohesive architecture.
  • Define rules and guidelines for developer execution of backend tasks.
  • Develop scalable patterns formulti-tenancy andmulti-client scenarios.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of backend development experience.
  • Proven track record in settingstandards and architecture for backend systems.
  • Expertise inAPI standardization across multiple teams.
  • Strong knowledge ofmicroservices andserverless architectures.
  • Skilled in managingGitHub repositories and implementing best practices for code management.
  • Proficiency with.NET Framework,C#, andPython.
  • Knowledge ofenterprise authentication systems and their integration.
  • Experience definingreusable patterns and frameworks to optimize scalability.
  • Ability to conduct code reviews and architectural assessments at a program level.
  • C1 English level.
