Legit - Customer Success Specialist (Career Services)

One of our fastest-growing directions is Shift - a global career coaching service helping job seekers land better opportunities through resume optimization, LinkedIn strategy, interview preparation, and personalized career guidance.

We are looking for aCustomer Success Specialistto support our users throughout their job search journey and help them get the maximum value from our services. This role combines client communication, career consulting, problem-solving, and sales. You will work directly with international clients, influence customer experience, and play an important role in the growth of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Hold one-on-one career consultations via Google Meet, providing practical job search advice and recommendations.

• Create and improve resumes and cover letters.

• Conduct LinkedIn profile audits and provide structured recommendations.

• Upselling relevant services during communication with clients.

• Research job openings and recruiters based on specific client requests.

• Minimize the risk of negative feedback and chargebacks.

• Work with CRM and internal team tools.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Advanced level or higher.
• Experience working with international clients via phone or video calls.
• Strong communication skills: ability to handle client requests professionally and promptly.
• Attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work on evenings and weekends if needed.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience in sales.
