We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect with over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) along with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Customer Journey Optimizer (CJO).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Architect end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud implementations including AEM, Adobe Analytics, CDP, and CJO.
• Define best practices, governance, and standards for AEM development and deployment.
• Drive integration strategies between Adobe tools and other enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and scalability of solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in AEM architecture.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x/AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Hands-on experience with:
  Adobe Analytics
  Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  Adobe Customer Journey Optimizer (CJO)
• Strong knowledge of Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL (Sightly).
• Experience in AEM integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe certifications (AEM Architect/Developer) will be a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to headless CMS and modern digital experience architectures.

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days from office).
