Job Brief:
This role supports the ANZ Strategy & Growth function by acting as a proactive connector across the business to strengthen work winning, client performance and growth outcomes. This role works closely with the broader S&G team and business line support leads to help ensure strategic priorities are translated into practical action.
This role also serves as a coordination point across enterprise pursuits, CAM programs, capture planning, and win/loss learning – helping align people, information and priorities. The role is expected to coordinate how insights are understood and acted upon across the ANZ business.
This role requires strong internal relationships, a working knowledge of how the business operates, and the confidence to engage stakeholders. It supports S&G decision-making by synthesising information, identifying themes and gaps, and helping maintain disciplined follow-through on key growth initiatives.
This role will also support the practical adoption of AI, automation and digital tools to streamline client intelligence, improve visibility of opportunities, and modernise growth processes.
Responsibilities & Duties
Enterprise & Capture Support
Support monthly Enterprise Critical Pursuit (ECP) data reviews, applying judgement to validate inputs and highlight trends, gaps, and risks.
Track and follow up on QBRs and MBRs, proactively coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate quarterly reviews of capture plans for ECPs, aligning contributors on priorities, actions, and deliverables.
Support GLA monitoring as required, escalating issues and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Consolidate insights across pursuits to identify trends and risks, and provide clear, actionable summaries for relevant stakeholders.
Win/Loss & Performance Analysis
Coordinate the bid debrief process and support quarterly win/loss reviews and analysis.
Identify recurring themes, pricing patterns, competitor positioning, and client feedback, and translate findings into recommendations to improve future performance.
Prepare summary insights for the S&G team, including implications and suggested actions.
Competitive & Market Intelligence
Produce weekly competitor updates, synthesizing key developments and implications for pursuits and growth priorities.
Conduct structured competitor and partner reviews, applying in-depth knowledge to assess positioning and opportunities.
Maintain competitor tracking dashboards, ensuring relevance, consistency, and data quality.
Support development of market and client intelligence packs.
Leverage AI tools to synthesize market intelligence and improve insight quality.
Reporting & Data Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboard reporting (Power BI and CRM-based), with accountability for accuracy, usability, and stakeholder needs.
Support Heartbeats reports and other regular growth updates, ensuring clear interpretation of trends and performance.
Respond to NPS reporting queries and client performance data requests, communicating complex results in a clear and practical way.
Ensure data integrity across Salesforce and reporting systems.
Provide Salesforce troubleshooting and data hygiene support.
Coordinate license management to support continuity of access and reporting delivery.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
CAM & Growth Program Support
Maintain CAM pages and the wider CAM ecosystem pages, ensuring content is current, structured, and aligned to agreed standards.
Support onboarding of new CAMs by providing structured guidance on processes, tools, reporting, and available resources.
Provide data and insight support for Platinum account reviews.
Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews and growth forums.
Systems & Operational Support
Ensure structured document management for capture and review processes, enabling consistent access and governance.
Improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools.
Serve as point of contact for CRM queries and troubleshooting, resolving issues and escalating complex concerns as required.
Insight & Strategic Value Add
Bring together disparate data sources to generate integrated insights, applying advanced analysis to support decision-making.
Move beyond reporting to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks, recommending solutions that improve methodologies and outcomes.
Contribute to evolving the ANZ client and growth operating model through data-led recommendations and continuous improvement.
Client Listening Support
Lead internal coordination of the ANZ Client Listening program in partnership with the Client Experience team, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end internal processes for each Client Listening cycle, including stakeholder alignment, data collection, tracking, governance, and close-out.
Integrate Client Listening outputs into CRM, reporting dashboards, and growth reviews where appropriate, ensuring insights are translated into actions and follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related discipline
5 years’+ experience in strategy, analytics or business intelligence
Exposure to Power BI, Salesforce, or similar CRM/reporting systems is required
Advanced Excel capability
Ability to use AI tools responsibly to enhance analysis and reporting
Experience supporting sales, capture, or bid environments is preferred
Experience working in a shared services or offshore model is an advantage
