As part of ourFNB Points of Presence (POP) team, you will work alongside exceptional talent in an inclusive and collaborative environment. As aUniversal Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering compliant sales and service solutions to both walk-in and existing customers within a high-volume banking environment. You will engage customers across a range of service and transactional needs, promote digital and self-service channels, and ensure that every interaction is value-driven, ethical, and aligned withFAIS, FICA, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and FNB governance standards.

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth 

• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations. 

• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.

• Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions aligned to client financial goals and in accordance with FAIS requirements 

• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation

Qualification & Experience Requirement  

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4   

• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, 
  Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS 

• 1–3 years of experience in customer‑facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
