Digital Product Manager (Discover & Confidence)

Help customers discover the right products and buy with confidence acrossWeb and App. 

Yourproduct area covers 

Home, Landing Pages, Search, Navigation, PLP, PDP, Productcontent, Reviews, Size &fit, Productcomparison, Buyingconfidencetools and DiscoveryRecommendations. 

The metrics you are accountable for 

Searchsuccess, PDPconversion, Add-to-cartrate, Size-relatedreturns, Product-contentengagement.

Keyresponsibilities 

• Own product vision,strategy and roadmap for your domain across Web and App. 

• Identify opportunities through customer research,analytics and experimentation. 

• Translate problems into measurable outcomes andprioritized initiatives. 

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Data and Commercial teams. 

• Create momentum and progress in an evolving environment. 

• Champion AI-enabled discovery,prioritization and product development. 

• Contribute to building a modern product culture withinHunkemöller. 

What we are looking for 

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, digitalproducts or technologyorganizations. 

• Strong commercial mindset and experience delivering measurable businessimpact. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

• Experience with experimentation, customerinsights and data-informed decision making. 

• Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders. 

• Comfortable navigating change,ambiguity andorganizational transformation. 

• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for adopting emerging ways of working. 

AI-native product management 

We believe AI will fundamentally change how product teams discover opportunities, makedecisions and deliver value. We are embedding AI into our daily workflows and evolving towards Agentic Agile ways of working. We are looking for Product Managers who want to help lead that transformation.
