Work Arrangement: Onsite
Duration: 5 Months Possibility of Extension/Conversion
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, clerical, and front-office support within a professional financial services and stock brokerage environment. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with reception, administrative support, scheduling, document handling, and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Greet clients and visitors and provide front-desk support.
• Assist clients with routine questions and service requests.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including postage and distribution.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic files and records.
• Prepare, scan, copy, and organize documents.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks.
• Assist with routine client service requests, including money movement transactions following established procedures.
• Support check deposit activities while following company policies and controls.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Follow established procedures and escalate questions or issues when appropriate.
• Help maintain a professional, organized, and client-focused office environment.
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of administrative, clerical, receptionist, customer service, banking, or financial services experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with clients and visitors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
