We are looking for anAI Solution Architect who will play a key role in shaping and delivering AI strategies for enterprise clients. This position blendstechnical leadership, architecture design, and strategic advisory. You will act as a trusted expert in AI, helping organizations design scalable solutions, identify high-impact use cases, and bring AI initiatives from concept to production.

🚀 Your main responsibilities:

• Act as ago-to expert for AI-related topics across client engagements

• Lead the design ofend-to-end AI architectures, including data pipelines, model training environments, integrations, and MLOps strategies

• Evaluate and select appropriateAI frameworks, tools, and models

• Support decision-making processes formake vs. buy AI solutions

• Ensure AI solutions comply withsecurity standards, ethical guidelines, and enterprise reliability requirements

• Support product management and innovation teams in identifyingAI use cases that deliver real business value (e.g. efficiency improvements, customer value)

• Contribute to the creation ofAI strategy and roadmaps, including ideation workshops, AI hackathons, and architecture discussions

• Provide technical leadership inMachine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI

• Collaborate withproduct managers, data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps engineers to bring AI solutions into production

• Monitor and improve AI systems usingperformance metrics, A/B testing, and optimization techniques

• Research and evaluateemerging AI technologies and assess their impact on business transformation

• Driveknowledge sharing and AI adoption across the organization

🎯 What you'll need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inArtificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Several years of proven experience working withAI applications and modern AI technologies (e.g. ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI)

• Experience with major AI frameworks such asTensorFlow or PyTorch

• Experience with AI cloud platforms (e.g.AWS, Azure, SAP AI)

• Strong understanding ofAI architecture design and implementation

• Experience withMLOps and production deployment of AI systems

• Experience in industrial environments (e.g.predictive maintenance) is a plus

• Experience withAI agents and workflow automation is an advantage

• Experience building or contributing toAI Centers of Excellence or AI programs is a plus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus

• Willingness to travel (initial onboarding period and occasional workshops)
