Are you an experienced legal professional with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset? We are seeking a dynamicLegal Advisor to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong background incorporate law and intellectual property, and are looking to make an impact, this might be the role for you!


What you will do…

  • Establish and update internal policies related to data handling, regular and exceptional audit procedures, and internal compliance.

  • Advise, coordinate, and support the implementation of legal changes, ensuring alignment with the company’s evolving needs while staying current with legislative updates.

  • Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents to align with the company’s needs and legal standards.

  • Support the AML/KYC requirements.

  • Support the company’s business development by addressing any legal matters that arise.

  • Represent the company in legal matters when necessary to protect its interests.

  • Provide guidance to management and Teams stakeholders on a wide range of legal topics, from organizational management to customer legal aspects and their continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and standards, including data protection requirements, GDPR, and data law, while advising management on necessary actions to uphold these standards.

  • Stay updated on legal trends and regulations impacting the European digital business sector, and Estonia in particular.

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and manage legal risks effectively across the company including reviewing legal aspects of product features, terms & conditions, and ensuring its legal accuracy and compliance.


We'd love to meet someone with...

  • A Master’s degree combined with relevant experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal advisor or lawyer

  • Expertise in contract and commercial law

  • Experience with copyright law and related legal issues

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English

  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex assignments and multi-task efficiently

  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team


What would be a plus...

  • Experience in personal data protection is highly beneficial

  • Previous experience in the Advertising industry

  • An understanding of different cultural perspectives can be beneficial when working with diverse teams, particularly in international contexts
