As aProject Manager (at PMO: Tech/Telecom Projects)you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery oftechnical and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.

Initially, the focus will be on managing amajor OTDR rollout initiative for fiber network testing and monitoring. Over time, the role will expand to cover abroader portfolio of projects involvingIoT systems, software integration, energy optimization, and smart infrastructure deployments.

The position requires ablend of technical understanding, organizational skills, and stakeholder coordination, making it ideal for an engineer with a strong delivery mindset and passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery oftelecom and digital infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and quality objectives.
• Initially manage theOTDR rollout project, coordinating field, NOC, and integration teams to achieve milestones.
• Plan and monitor project activities usingstandard PMO tools and frameworks (schedules, risk registers, KPIs).
• Coordinatemulti-disciplinary teams, external partners, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Managebudget control,resource planning, andprocurement tracking across assigned projects.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, andclient communications.
• Ensure compliance withproject governance, standards, and quality control.
• Support thecontinuous improvement of PMO processes and contribute to digital project reporting systems.
• Provide input intobids, proposals, and new project planning when needed.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree inElectrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering,ideally.
• Approx. 5–7 years of experience inproject management in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proficiency inPM tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana or other.
• Familiarity withengineering workflows andacceptance testing.
• Strong analytical skills inreporting, cost control, and risk assessment.
• Excellentcommunication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability withattention to detail.
• Fluency inGreek and English (oral and written).

What Will Help You Stand Out:

• Master’s degree inProject Management, Telecoms,or related field, or Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Experience intelecom, fiber rollout, or infrastructure projects (telecom systems, fiber networks, and testing tools).
