Graduate Internship (People and Culture)

To provide administrative, operational, communication, and coordination support to the Director and the leadership team of the Directorate.

Reporting Line

·       Report directly to the Director, People and Culture.

·       Work closely with other units and team members within the Directorate.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline. 

Experience

• • Proven experience managing executive schedules, meetings, reporting, and stakeholder engagements. 
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple activities, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
