About the role
We are currently seeking for a HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Queensland.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding, mobilization, and personnel administration processes.
Supporting the progressive hiring of resources for the design, construction, commissioning, and operations phases.
About you
Required experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or personnel administration.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced project environments and manage evolving workforce requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Education: Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or an equivalent qualification.
