Entry Partner Account Manager - Hourly Contract Position

We’re looking for a motivated and driven Associate to join our Agency Partnerships team. This position offers hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and sales enablement within the advertising, marketing technology, and data-driven industries. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales pipeline by identifying prospects, engaging with decision-makers, and helping drive new business opportunities with leading media and advertising agencies.

This is an hourly contract opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration/Management – bonus if dual majored or minored in Economics, Data Analytics/Statistics, Information Systems

  • Communication Skills – Clear verbal and written communication to engage with internal teams and external partners.

  • Relationship-Building – Ability to connect with people, build trust, and maintain professional relationships.

  • Organization & Time Management – Skilled at handling multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and keeping projects on track.

  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency – Comfortable with basic formulas, pivot tables, charts, and organizing/analyzing data.

  • Research & Analytical Thinking – Strong ability to gather insights from tools, market data, or trends and translate into meaningful takeaways.

  • Attention to Detail – Careful with documentation, reporting, and partner communications.

  • Problem-Solving – Resourceful and creative in approaching challenges.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork – Works well in cross-functional environments and values collective success.

  • Curiosity & Growth Mindset – Willingness to learn about the adtech/martech ecosystem and expand skill sets quickly.

  • Professionalism & Initiative – Takes ownership of tasks, follows through, and demonstrates maturity in client-facing settings.
