As an Intern, you will actively contribute to the business growth of ACT-ON Group in Belgium, by supporting the sales and marketing teams in their daily tasks:Â
1. Sales SupportÂ
Prospecting and identifying new potential clients (B2B).Â
Preparing sales proposals and client presentations.Â
Assisting with CRM management and lead follow-up.Â
Assisting with the organization of sales meetings and client events.Â
2. Marketing & CommunicationsÂ
Contributing to the digital communication strategy (LinkedIn, newsletters, website).Â
Creating marketing content (visuals, posts, short videos, articles).Â
Tracking marketing performance (KPIs, campaigns, lead generation).Â
Support during internal and external events (trade shows, seminars, etc.).Â
3. Team Life & Internal ProjectsÂ
Collaboration with international teams (France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Spain).Â
Involvement in cross-functional projects.Â
Desired ProfileÂ
Business school, communications, or university student (Bachelor’s to Master’s degree).Â
Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a team player.Â
Proficiency in office software and social media.Â
Preference for dynamic, fast-paced environments.Â
Interest in sales, marketing, and the tech and HR sectors.Â
Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch Â
