At-a-Glance: Are you ready to build your career by joining an international food and beverage company? If so, our client is hiring an Accounting Clerk.

Required:

Attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for use with customers and internal partners.
At least 2 years of experience working with automation.
Fluency in the Microsoft suite is a must.

Responsibilities:

Learn basic manual AR functions:

Interface with Service Now (SNOW) to retrieve tickets to be processed.
Use Excel templates to submit bulk update requests via SAP using Winshuttle.
Upload to system, and respond to SNOW tickets.
Key manual adjustments into SAP, including write off adjustments that require packing and approvals.

Use AI tools to automate above manual processes.
