Job Summary
The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for Radiant’s clients, responsible for building strong client relationships, overseeing local delivery drivers, and ensuring dependable, high-quality transportation service. This is a hands-on, on-site role suited to someone who knows Seattle’s geography well, thrives in a fast-paced small-team environment, and takes pride in solving problems for clients quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships

Assess client needs and partner with internal teams to design tailored transportation solutions

Respond quickly and professionally to client concerns, keeping satisfaction high

Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing accounts
Account Oversight & Reporting

Monitor account performance to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable service delivery

Prepare regular account reports, performance metrics, and market insights for clients and leadership

Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic account decisions
Operations & Team Coordination

Manage and support local delivery drivers to ensure safe, efficient, on-time deliveries

Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and sales teams for seamless service execution

Handle day-to-day email communications with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently

Contribute actively as a member of a small, collaborative, fast-moving team
Qualifications & Skills
Required
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and email management tools

In-depth knowledge of Seattle geography, traffic patterns, and local regulations

Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel locally for client meetings and occasional industry events

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; comfortable overseeing delivery drivers in a fast-paced environment
Preferred

General coursework or degree in related field

General knowledge of U.S geography

Familiarity with transportation and logistics processes
Work Schedule

Standard 8-hour workday with required meal and rest breaks

Flexibility to ensure responsibilities are covered during absences
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods; use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift and/or move up to 15–25 pounds (e.g., files, supplies, or equipment). Specific vision abilities require close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The role operates in a professional climate-controlled office environment with a usually moderate noise level.
Compensation
Base Pay Range:$25.00 - $31.60 Hourly
The base pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
