COME AS YOU ARE AN SHOW WHAT YOU CAN...
How does your working day look like...
• You take overallresponsibility for and ensure thesmooth operation of the hotel’sentire technical infrastructure, including building systems, operational equipment, safety systems, air-conditioning, energy, and event technology.
• Youlead and develop your three-person technical team, includingduty scheduling, conducting employee appraisals, andfosteringindividualstrengths and skills.
• You are involved in theannual budgeting process and are responsible forplanning and implementing maintenance, repair, and investment measures.
• You maintain close cooperation with ourexternal service providers andmaintenance companies. Youorganize repair and maintenance appointments in good time and work hand in hand with our safety specialist, thereby ensuring a safe environment for colleagues and guests.
• You ensure that alllegal requirementsandsafety standards are complied with and take care of documentation and inspection records.
• Together with your technical team, you make sure that allequipment in the hotel is functioning at all times and, if not, that issues are resolved quickly.
• As atrained technician, you keep anoverview when one project follows the next and the heating and Wi-Fi fail at the same time.
Your personality counts more than your CV...Â
• You havecompleted technical training, ideally in the field of building services engineering, and already haveseveral years of professional experience. Preferably, you also bringexperience from the hotel industryor a comparableservice-oriented environment.
• You havesound specialist knowledge in theareas of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technology (HVAC), electrical systems, fire protection, and sanitary technology.
• As acommunicativeandopen-minded person, you enjoy not only working behind the scenes on technical matters, but alsobeing in contact with our guests.
• You areIT-savvy and confident in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• In line with oursustainability strategy andESG goals, you actively contribute new ideas.
• You bringnot only your skills, but also your personality.
