Sr. Finance Manager

Over the past 16 years the company has evolved into diversified conglomerate with active interests across multiple industries, including hospitality, Information Technology, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Sports, Media & entertainment and renewable energy. SanRaj Family Ventures Private Limited owns Novotel Goa Candolim , Novotel Goa Resorts & Spa and Holiday Inn Mumbai International.

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage and oversee key financial functions within the organization. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and executeyear-end financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Establish and monitoraudit controls to maintain financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and deliverMIS reports and financial statements to support management decision-making.
• Leadbudgeting and forecasting processes, including periodic reviews and updates.
• Performvariance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Overseehotel financial operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Spa segments.
• Drivecost control initiatives and enhance overallprofitability across departments.
• Develop and maintainfinancial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Handlemonth-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effectivestakeholder management and communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA / equivalent).
• Proven experience in finance roles, withprior experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in financial systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
