We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Istanbul, Türkiye. In this role, you will deliver exceptional therapeutic services while creating a serene and rejuvenating experience for our guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will combine technical expertise with genuine care to help clients achieve relaxation, wellness, and renewed vitality. Your commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach will be essential to your success in this position.

  • Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging massage and body treatment services across all session lengths (30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes)
  • Provide specialized aesthetic services including facials, skincare treatments, and nail care as required
  • Customize treatment plans based on individual guest needs, preferences, and health considerations
  • Maintain exceptional client comfort and safety throughout all treatments and services
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, with all equipment properly maintained and in safe working order
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and actively support retail sales initiatives
  • Assist guests with information about hotel facilities and spa amenities in a helpful and informative manner
  • Actively participate in spa operations, including team collaboration on treatments and service excellence
  • Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining composure and courtesy at all times
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment that supports continuous improvement
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall spa operations
  • Current certification from an accredited school of Massage Therapy and Aesthetics (required)
  • All professional licenses must be current and valid (required)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and professional integrity
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in all situations
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist or in a related spa/wellness role (preferred)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of spa products, treatments, and their therapeutic benefits
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform treatments effectively
  • Proficiency in time management and ability to manage multiple client appointments
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly Turkish and English (preferred)
  • Customer service experience in a hospitality or wellness setting
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
