Sales Conversion & Enquiry Management
- Handle and respond to all incoming enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Qualify opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and convert business.
- Ensure contracts, agreements, and client correspondence are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maximize conversion of enquiries while maintaining profitability and rate integrity.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and presentations as required.
- Drive repeat business through exceptional service and relationship management.
Revenue Optimization
- Identify opportunities to maximize room, banquet, and ancillary revenue.
- Apply market knowledge and customer insights to secure the most profitable business.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to remain commercially competitive.
- Support the achievement of individual and departmental revenue goals.
Event Coordination & Handover
- Ensure accurate and timely handover of confirmed business to the Events and Operations teams.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Support clients throughout the planning process to ensure a seamless experience.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Gather feedback from clients and guests to strengthen relationships and improve service delivery.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Novotel Jaipur and JECC.

- 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales, event sales, or hospitality business development.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and sales conversion skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
