The Revenue & Reservations Manager is responsible for maximizing the hotel's revenue, occupancy, and profitability through strategic revenue management, pricing optimization, inventory control, and effective reservations operations. The role ensures accurate forecasting, distribution management, and exceptional reservation services while collaborating closely with Sales, Front Office, Marketing, and Finance to achieve the hotel's commercial objectives.

Revenue Management

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total hotel revenue.
  • Analyze historical data, booking trends, market demand, and competitor activities to optimize pricing strategies.
  • Manage dynamic pricing across all distribution channels.
  • Monitor pace, pick-up, booking windows, cancellations, and no-show trends.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly revenue analysis and recommend pricing adjustments.
  • Prepare accurate demand forecasts and business projections.
  • Lead revenue meetings and present recommendations to the Executive Committee.
  • Optimize room inventory and manage overbooking strategies when appropriate.
  • Monitor displacement analysis and evaluate group business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective inventory allocation across all distribution channels.

Distribution Management

  • Manage all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), brand channels, and direct booking platforms.
  • Maintain rate parity across all distribution channels.
  • Ensure all room types, restrictions, promotions, and packages are correctly loaded.
  • Monitor channel performance and booking production.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Support and brand teams regarding distribution strategies.

Reservations Operations

  • Oversee the daily operation of the Reservations Department.
  • Ensure reservation inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor reservation accuracy and compliance with hotel standards.
  • Ensure booking confirmations are processed accurately.
  • Manage room blocks, allotments, waitlists, and special requests.
  • Review and approve reservation exceptions when required.
  • Ensure guest preferences are communicated to operational departments.

Commercial Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to develop promotional offers and packages.
  • Evaluate group quotations and determine optimal pricing strategies.
  • Support corporate negotiations through revenue analysis.
  • Coordinate with Front Office to maximize upselling opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize direct booking initiatives.

Financial & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue reports.
  • Monitor revenue KPIs including:
    • RevPAR
    • ADR
    • Occupancy
    • TRevPAR
    • GOPPAR
    • Market Share
    • Forecast Accuracy
  • Prepare budget and business plan forecasts.
  • Analyze revenue variances and recommend corrective actions.

Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Reservations Team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and regular coaching sessions.
  • Develop departmental SOPs and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Accor and Mantis brand standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and guest-centric service.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of pricing and commercial information.
  • Adhere to Saudi Labour Law and company procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Revenue Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel revenue management or reservations experience.
  • Minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Premium hotel or resort experience preferred.
  • Experience with pre-opening hotels is an advantage.
  • Experience within Accor, Ennismore, or international hospitality brands is preferred.
