  • Inspire the team to uphold exceptional service standards and a culture of excellence.
  • Drive operational performance with focus on guest satisfaction and business success.
  • Represent the resort with grace, building relationship with guests, partners and community.
  • Proven experiences as a Resident Manager, or a minimum 2 years as Executive Assistant Manager within a reputable international 5-star environment.
  • Strong preference for candidates with previous Accor experiences and a solid background in operation and management.
  • A collaborative and inspiring leader with a strong commercial, loyalty, brand standards and all ecosystem of Accor or any other international group.
  • Demonstrate success in premium and luxury hospitality setting with deep understanding of elevated guest expectation and service excellence.
