We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber to join our facilities management team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and equipment across our property to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for all guests and staff. You will take ownership of maintenance orders, perform preventive maintenance work, and respond promptly to service requests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, sanitary fixtures, and related equipment in guest rooms, kitchens, restrooms, plant rooms, swimming pools, and all staff areas
  • Execute preventive maintenance work on all plumbing lines and sanitary fixtures according to the annual maintenance schedule
  • Respond promptly to maintenance orders and service requests, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property to identify plumbing defects and take immediate corrective action
  • Monitor and record water and gas consumption readings on energy consumption charts to support facility optimization
  • Identify and communicate required spare parts and consumable materials to the storekeeper in an organized and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members, including general mechanics, boiler technicians, and refrigeration specialists, to support facility operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements in all plumbing work
  • Participate in facility emergency response procedures and contribute to team safety initiatives

**Required Skills & Experience:**

  • Valid plumbing license and certification recognized in the United Arab Emirates
  • Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Strong technical knowledge of modern plumbing systems, sanitary fixtures, and water supply systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Proficiency in preventive maintenance practices and energy efficiency awareness
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in hospitality, resort, or commercial property maintenance
  • Knowledge of pool maintenance and water treatment systems
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Additional certifications in gas fitting or advanced plumbing specializations
  • Experience with energy consumption monitoring and sustainability practices
