The Make Special Happen Manager is responsible for curating and delivering exceptional, personalized guest journeys across the entire hotel experience. Acting as a dedicated guest host and experience curator, this role proactively identifies opportunities to elevate every stage of a guest's stay—from arrival to departure and beyond.

Working across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa & Wellness, Concierge, Housekeeping and other hotel departments, the Make Special Happen Manager orchestrates seamless and memorable experiences tailored to each guest's preferences and purpose of travel. Rather than simply responding to requests, this role anticipates needs, creates meaningful moments, and inspires colleagues throughout the hotel to make every stay truly exceptional.

  • Previous experience in Guest Relations, Butler Service, Front Office, Concierge, VIP Services, or similar guest-facing roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering intuitive and personalized luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage naturally with discerning guests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Business-level English and Japanese communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud experience is an advantage.
