We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a "Leasing Manager".
- Define and execute integrated leasing strategies for retail, F&B, lifestyle, and hospitality components, aligned with the overall positioning and brand vision of Tersane Istanbul.
- Lead high-level negotiations with international luxury brands, lifestyle retailers, flagship F&B concepts.
- Curate and optimize tenant mix to enhance destination appeal, guest experience, footfall quality, and revenue performance.
- Structure complex commercial agreements, including turnover-based leases and hybrid models.
- Oversee the full leasing lifecycle, from market strategy and deal origination to contract execution and handover.
- Monitor global and regional trends in luxury retail, tourism, lifestyle consumption, and destination-led projects.
- Collaborate closely with asset management, hospitality operations, development, marketing, and branding teams.
- Manage leasing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics in line with approved business plans.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Represent Tersane Istanbul in international negotiations, industry events, and strategic forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in retail leasing preferably within luxury, lifestyle, or destination-driven projects
- Proven track record in leasing premium retail, luxury F&B, experiential concepts
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, tenant curation, and destination placemaking strategies
- Advanced knowledge of lease structures and revenue-sharing models
- Experience working with international brands
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
