- Provide outstanding customer service to guests.
- Lead and support servers during assigned shifts.
- Train and mentor new servers on service standards and procedures.
- Ensure accurate order taking, food delivery, and payment processing.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate table assignments and maintain smooth dining room operations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Support managers with daily operational tasks as needed.
- To be aware of and comply with LGA, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards
- To know the guests by name, to treat each guest in a special way and to make him feel that he is an individual person
- Secondary or Higher education
- Minimum experience in relevant position is desirable
- Frequent walking, standing and sitting during the shift
- Fluent Azerbaijani language
- Russian and English are desirable
- Being extremely responsible.
- To have the ability to perform multiple tasks within a changing environment, while remaining calm and restrained in collective internal relations
- Maintaining patience and restraint during work hours
