The Hygiene Manager plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing hygiene and sanitation standards across all hotel operations, with a strong focus on food safety and guest well-being. This position supports the Hygiene Manager in implementing robust hygiene systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with local health regulations and Accor brand standards.Â
Knowledge and ExperienceÂ
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Safety, Microbiology, Food Technology, Public Health, or related field.Â
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hygiene, food safety, or quality assurance role in hospitality or food service.Â
- Certification in FSCO, HACCP, ServeSafe, ISO 22000 or equivalent food safety systems is preferred.Â
- Familiarity with Philippine food safety laws and regulations.Â
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Â
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hygiene audit software/tools.Â
