Duties & Responsibilities

  • Will be mainly responsible for the following:
  1. Chillers.
  2. CH. W. Pumps.
  3. Air handling units.
  4. All air terminals and grills.
  5. Chilled w. circuits’ water treatment.
  6. All air vents – valves - expansion tanks.
  7. All plumbing and electricity of the A/M and chillers room.
  8. All exhaust fans, Extractors, and Ventilators.
  9. Fan coils (rooms and offices).
  10. Cold rooms.
  11. Refrigerators.
  12. Ice maker machines.
  • Attend the daily briefings (morning & afternoon).
  • Receive the daily maintenance orders, executing all mentioned points, recording all work done, and returning the same day.
  • Recording daily log sheet for all cold/freezer rooms and reporting any sign of defect or abnormal reading.
  • Executing any new modification or installation requested by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Any urgent materials or spare parts to be requested and followed up on by you.
  • Any other works could be requested by S.V. or the Shift engineer to be implemented immediately.
  • Rooms Mini Bar to be checked according to the maintenance program with the room’s maintenance.
  • Daily arrival rooms fan coil units to be checked.
  • Be part of executing the PMP (Preventive Maintenance Plan).
  • All tools, maintenance equipment are to be always ready on hand, and any missing tool will be your responsibility.
  • A member of the fire intervention team.
  • The hotel uniform is your daily dress.
  • Saudi National.
  • Diploma in HVAC or a related field.
  • Experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of chillers, air conditioning systems, and cold rooms.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts.
  • Strong teamwork skills and commitment to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in the position within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
