We are looking for a passionate talent withformer General Manager experience inPremium or Luxury segment of hospitality,to lead the operations ofSwissôtel Mariánské Lázně Resort hotel, a newly constructed 5-star hotelwith 125 hotel rooms, including 23 suites. Nestled in the heart of Marianske Lazne, known as well as Marienbad, the hotel features a wellness-focused Pürovel Spa and Sport, rooftop bar, and diverse dining venues. With four versatile meeting spaces, including a Dreambox for unique events, it is perfect for both business and leisure. The amazing new built hotel opened in December 2025.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful management of afive-star resort hotel, operated underSwissôtel brandviaHotel Management Agreement.Strengthen the hotel’s market position, focusing on topline development; set Accor’s footprint in the region. Plan and manage the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals.
- At least5 years’ experience in Hotel General Manager position
- Premium or Luxury experience in managerial positions
- Resort experience is a competitive advantage
- Strong operational background
- Outstanding sales acumen, commercial mindset
- Fluency inEnglish language
- Czech and German language knowledge is a competitive advantage
- Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
- Leadership, autonomy
- Service and quality minded character
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management skills
- Ability to create positive, effective and sustainable working relationships at all levels
