  • Welcome and greet guests warmly in restaurants, lounges, or banquet areas and ensure a positive first impression.

  • Provide excellent food and beverage service in accordance with hotel service standards.

  • Present menus to guests, explain menu items, daily specials, and make recommendations when required.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service to guests.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

  • Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and properly set.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction during dining and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns.

  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.

  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.

  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.

  • Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.

  • Promote hotel restaurants, special promotions, and upsell food and beverage items.

  • Handle guest billing procedures accurately using POS systems.

  • Diploma or Degree inHotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Food & Beverage Service preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience inrestaurant, hotel, resort, or hospitality service.

  • Freshers from recognized hotel management institutes may also be considered.

  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.

  • Basic understanding of POS systems and billing procedures.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per hotel operations.

  • Well-groomed appearance and good etiquette as per hospitality industry standards.
