Join our team as an F&B Service trainee in beautiful Sotogrande, Spain! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in the exciting world of food and beverage service. As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop essential skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

  • Assist in serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Learn and apply proper table setting techniques and dining room preparation
  • Interact with guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
  • Familiarize yourself with menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings
  • Assist in processing payments and operating point-of-sale systems
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge
  • Support team members during peak hours and special events
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interest in the hospitality industry and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays/plates
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic English language skills; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • Food handling certification preferred but not required (training will be provided)
