What you will be doing:Â Â
Reporting to the Spa Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Â
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceÂ
- Perform nail and cosmetic services in a safe, comfortable, and hygienic mannerÂ
- Perform facials on guests using safe and professional techniquesÂ
- Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all facial, manicure and pedicure servicesÂ
- Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed and any revisions in the products or procedures usedÂ
- Stay up to date with current Aesthetic industry trendsÂ
- Work with the Senior Aesthetician in the formulation of plans for projects Â
- Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required including Reception, Boutique and Sales and MarketingÂ
- Sell and restock professional all retail productsÂ
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayÂ
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and of all equipment usedÂ
- Adhere to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehiclesÂ
- Follow all safety and sanitation policiesÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Your experience and skills include:Â
- Previous experience in a Spa environment preferredÂ
- 1 – 2 years experience in the field of Esthetics required Â
- Certification from an accredited school of Esthetics requiredÂ
- Current professional licensesÂ
- Excellent communication and organizational skillsÂ
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesÂ
- Highly responsible & reliableÂ
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimal supervisionÂ
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesÂ

What is in it for you:Â
- Starting rate of pay: $18.17/hour
- $1000 Bonus to assist with Relocation, paid upon first pay period after Orientation. Minimum 12 month commitment required, otherwise repayment will be necessary upon resignation.Â
- Competitive wage includes hourly rate + commission + service charge (Starting at $65.63 per treatment based on a basic 60 minute service, up to $93.93 per high end 90 minute service)Â
