Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain content on hotel microsites, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines and campaign messaging
  • Manage content updates across ecommerce and restaurant websites, including new promotions, menu updates, seasonal campaigns, and operational information.
  • Perform website CMS updates for all ATDMC-hosted websites, including WordPress and plugin updates, ensuring all sites remain on the latest approved versions.
  • Plan and publish organic social media content for select hotels, including caption writing, post scheduling, and coordination of visual assets.
  • Assist with the setup of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign implementation and the preparation of Thai-language ad captions where required.
  • Maintain and update a database of relevant influencers and content creators, and provide monthly recommendations to hotels based on campaign objectives, target audiences, and current social trends.
  • Manage chatbot systems, including setup, performance monitoring, updates requested by hotels, and troubleshooting failed chats or technical issues.
  • Edit social media video content as required, using pre-recorded footage and following direction from the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Support the team in preparing updated meeting presentations as required, including maintaining a monthly “base” presentation template used across all hotels.

 

Key Mentoring and Guidance Responsibilities: (pending skills assessment)

  • Provide guidance and feedback on quality of on-site content, including written content, images, and video, with the objective of improving engagement and conversion rates.
  • Provide direction on the social media strategy of hotels, under the guidance of the ATDMC Digital Marketing Manager and ATDMC General Manager, with the goal of maximising social performance and increasing click-through traffic to hotel websites.
  • Provide guidance and feedback on hotel CPC and display marketing strategies based on hotel objectives (e.g., room nights, restaurant bookings), under the direction of the ATDMC Digital Marketing Manager. This includes ensuring brand standards are maintained and appropriate visual assets are used.
  • Present website, advertising and social media performance analysis during hotel meetings, including key KPIs and recommendations to drive year-on-year growth.

Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Executive in a large hotel operation, or an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager in small hotel operation, or relevant experience in a digital marketing agency.

  • Detailed F&B knowledge, including wine and spirits. 
  • Operational experience is a must. 
  • Profound knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, expenses and payroll control.
  • Must possess high ethical believes – integrity. 
  • Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff.
  • The ability to think and plan strategically.
  • Regularly inspect food & beverage quality by conducting GAP standard audits.
  • The ability to constantly monitor the staff's appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism to insure their strict adherence to the Hotel standards of quality service.
  • Manage organization and cleanliness of departmental areas by conducting weekly walk through with Hygiene Manager, Housekeeping and Engineering Department.
  • Conduct MOD shift and experience the hotel from the eyes of the Hotel residents.
