Main ResponsibilitiesÂ
To attend pre-service briefings for daily updatesÂ
To ensure that mise en place levels are kept to standardsÂ
To assist the Waiter/ess in maintaining the station fully stocked, clean and tidyÂ
To serve food and beverage according to restaurant standards and guest needs Â
To clear and reset tables Â
Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in the RestaurantÂ
To ensure service and Back of House areas are kept clean at all times and work will be conducted according to our Health and Safety standardsÂ
To handle guest comments and complaints in the appropriate manner and communicate to Restaurant ManagementÂ
To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that standards of personal hygiene and appearance are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guestsÂ
To polish the silverware on a regular basis to ensure appropriate maintenanceÂ
To attend trainingsÂ
To carry out any other reasonable request as directed by your ManagerÂ
Qualifications
- Attention to detail, style and aesthetics of hotel is critical.
- College Degree in Hospitality or similar field.
- 2 years experience in similar role.
- Good proficiency in English, Arabic and French
