Your purpose will be:Â
You are an ambassador for exceptional service that is the hallmark of our Savoy bar experience. Your warm, personal attention and passion for mixology is worth raising a glass to.Â

You will be accountable for:Â
Delivering a memorable and professional 5-star beverage experience Â
Proactively engage with guests about both the food and beverage offering in the outlet and wider F&B outletsÂ
Advising guests through enthusiastically sharing your knowledge about our F&B offeringÂ
Delivering on all standards, policies and procedures to create memorable luxury guest experiencesÂ
Â
Your key responsibilities & contribution will be:Â
Delivering an extraordinary service experience to the highest industry standards with a distinctive personal touch as one team in the bar and on the floorÂ
Mixing drinks in a timely manner and based on our standardised recipes and service standardsÂ
Assisting guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic wayÂ
Boosting our revenue through upselling and other creative initiativesÂ
Being part of the creative process of our beverage menus across the hotelÂ
Having a good knowledge of mixology and contributing your ideas to creating new and relevant recipesÂ
Sharing knowledge of mixology, our offering, promotions, general hotel information and Savoy storiesÂ
What you will need to do this role:Â
Essential:Â
1-2 years bartending experience in a luxury environmentÂ
Passion for and understanding of 5-star hospitality and what it takes to deliver itÂ
Empathetic with a talent for building rapport, and reading each guest’s desired level of interactionÂ
Quick thinking, resourceful and able to solve problems ’in the moment’Â
Able to remain calm and courteous at all timesÂ
Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and changing environmentÂ
Able to work collaboratively as part of a teamÂ
Willing to work in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidaysÂ
Good knowledge of spoken and written EnglishÂ
Â
Desirable:Â
Basic knowledge with a POS SystemÂ
Basic knowledge with Open tableÂ
Industry related certifications (i.e. WSET)Â
