How does your working day look like …

• Together with the Restaurant and Banqueting Manager, you ensure thesuccessful day-to-dayleadershipof therestaurantandbanquet operations, guaranteeingsmoothandefficient serviceprocesses
• You know how tomotivateanddevelopyourteam. Supporting andcoachingyour service crew comes naturally to you, and youorganize trainings, team meetings, and dailybriefings
• As apassionate host, you create a true“WOW experience” for our guests and actively support operations in both the restaurant and banqueting areas
• You take care ofadministrative taskssuch as staffscheduling, creatingmanualsandchecklists,reservation management, and more
• You support your team with aninfectious smile, even when all guests place their orders at once, and you stay on top of things even when plans change at short notice

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You have already gained initialleadership experience as aRestaurant Supervisoror in acomparable role, ideally within thehospitality industry
• You enjoy working withcareer changers andapprenticesand take pride indevelopingyour team into service talents
• Youinspireyour team just as much as your guests. You are well-versed inservice organizationandconfidentin creating staffschedules
• You stand for the high quality of ourproducts, arepassionateaboutgreat food and drinks, and have a love for Italian cuisine
• You arehands-on – and openly admit when you’ve made a mistake
• You bring not only your skills,but also your personality
